General

 

Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

When creating a user account and password, please treat such information as confidential and do not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these T&Cs.

 

Product

 

We ensure that screen colors are true to life as much as possible and try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our description of products available on the site. However, products may still vary slightly from their pictures.

We do not warrant that product description or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Measurement of the product may vary 1-3cm from what is stated on the site.

 

Orders & Payments

 

You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the site. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order.

We are not able to amend or edit your order once the order has been confirmed. We will assign an order number to your order once your payment for the item(s) has been made.

Prices are stated in Singapore Dollars.

Modes of Payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, E-Nets

We will not be able to cancel or make changes to your order once payment has been made.

 

Shipping

 

Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate as incorrect addresses may result in a delayed delivery.

Local Delivery

Orders will ship within 1-4 working days after the payment is fully made, unless otherwise stated. If vital information for processing your order is missing, shipping may be delayed.

There will be a free delivery for orders of S$60 and above. S$3.00 Standard delivery will charged for order below S$60.

All local deliveries will take 1-4 working days.

Returns

 

Returns are applicable on all item(s) excluding jewelry.

Item(s) must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

For defect item(s), please notify us first through email with information below:

  1. Order number
  2. Email address
  3. Recipient name
  4. Reason(s) of Exchange / Return
  5. Image of defected product if any

We will not accept any returns if you purchase our item from a third party, or for item that is not in its original condition.

A return request must be made through email within 3 working days of receiving the item(s).

Once we approve the request of the return item(s), you will receive a confirmation email with the details of mailing address. The item(s) must reach us within 5 working days from the date that the request is confirmed. Any return received after the stipulated time will be denied.

It is recommended to inform us your tracking number and the image of the parcel through email. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

We do not have a cash refund policy.

It the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny your return. Shipping fees won’t be paid by us during this returning process.

 

Incorrect or Defective Items

 

We apologize for our oversight. Please send us an email with images of the incorrect or defect item(s) within 3 days of receiving.

Item(s) must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

New piece will be sent according to stocks available. In the event that the same item(s) you originally purchased is sold out, a unique voucher code will be issued to your email.

The unique code contains the amount of the item(s) purchased with 30 days of expiry date. Vouchers are non-transferrable and non-extendable. This unique voucher is applicable only in one transaction. The voucher is only applicable to be used on your account. Any excess value unused will not be refunded or credited.

Item(s) that has been purchased with the unique code voucher cannot be exchanged or returned again.

Each voucher is applicable only in one transaction.

Any excess value unused will not be refunded or credited. Vouchers need to be applied in the checkout page before purchasing the item.

Vouchers that are misused or not applied to the order will not have any cash refunds or reimbursement on IPDA credit.
